Not only was the delivery quick but the customer service is next to none!
I purchased a dress at short notice (my fault) for my maternity shoot and received it within 2 business days, although it was too small due to my belly!
Mura only do credit notes not a refund, so I began panicking as I wouldn't of had time to return the dress and receive another. I sent an email and spoke to a real person (Charlotte) who told me if I could send her photos of the dress with the tag attached and no damage, along with the tracking number she would send my voucher immediately through email.
Within half an hrs of sending her the details, I had my voucher and had purchased my new dress and it was processed and shipped that day to ensure it would get to me on time!
IT ARRIVED ON TIME AND IS PERFECT!

I was very excited about receiving my clothes but when they arrived the seams were lopsided and clothes were see through as well as being generally bad quality - one sleeve was even attached wonky. Return process was hard and customer service wasn't great. I got a credit note instead of a refund (which was on the website so fair enough) but I'm loathe to buy anything else from them again

Recently bought from mura for the first month and it's because i'm a big regret of mine. The quality of the tops when they arrived were quite cheap and thin compared to the way they'd be advised, where they were marketed as high quality boho clothing. None of the fits are quite right either, they're not very flattering on my body type and appear rather uniform and out of proportion. After receiving my items the sizing was way off and most were way too large so i paid for return shipping just to have the return refused because i'd used a discount code. I have over $150 in cheap clothing that doesn't fit me and i had to spend an extra $17 on shipping as well as waiting around two months for the whole process to be over. Give this shop a miss there are plenty of better ones out there, Kookai is the same price and 1000x better customer service and quality

After receiving a dress from Mura that I wasn't happy with, the return process was extremely easy and the customer service was very helpful. I received a gift card for the value of my purchase and the shipping, and when I used it to make my next order, everything was perfect! Everything was really nice quality and fit perfectly. Very happy!

I love the dresses and they are high quality. Each time when I am out in Mura dresses I always receive compliments :) love the styles

I’m a frequent buyer of Mura Boutique! Love every piece. Last time I ordered and the fit was not suitable for me, I returned and received a credit. I wish Mura can offer free shipping and free return! It’s very expensive to pay for shipping fees both ways.

This is such a brilliant boutique, constantly order from them and have such a great quality and the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue where I had put the wrong delivery address in which Charlotte resolved straight away. This is my go to boutique when I feel like doing some online shopping! Amazing!

I've received prompt and helpful messages about how to obtain a discount with my first order, about when my item was dispatched, and what my tracking details are. Mura Boutique was so incredibly helpful when I needed assistance! I emailed them asking about the sizing of a One Size Fits All jumper and they went out of their way to measure the dimensions for me, which I really appreciated! Overall I thought they gave great customer service :)
